Information We Collect

Through our travel health intake form and booking process, we collect personal information including your name, contact information, date of birth, travel plans, medical history, and payment information. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing you with travel medicine services.

AI-Assisted Intake

Our intake process uses AI to organize and structure the information you provide into a pre-consult assessment. Every assessment is reviewed and authenticated by a physician before any recommendations reach you. AI processing occurs within secure infrastructure with strict access controls.

Data Storage & Security

Patient data is stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to patient records is restricted to authorized clinic staff only.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers and never stored on our systems.
